The service
Afterword sends review requests for a law firm and drafts replies the firm can paste into Google. It is software from Shipfold Labs. It is not a law firm and it is not legal advice.
No review gating
Every client who is contacted gets the same Google link. A private note is optional and is not a filter. Do not use Afterword to ask only for positive reviews or to hide the public link.
Consent
The firm is responsible for having permission before a text or email goes out. Afterword will not treat a phone number imported from a case file as consent. STOP and the stop link end further messages.
Accounts and price
The person who opens the firm is the admin. Founding rates, when offered, are the prices on the pricing page and are locked for 12 months. Joining the founding list does not charge a card. The firm must keep login details private.
