Text messages
Shipfold Labs operates Afterword. A firm texts a client only after that firm records prior express consent. Message frequency varies with the campaign the firm sets, and is at most the first request plus two reminders. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile numbers are not shared with third parties for their marketing. Opt-out numbers are kept long enough to honor STOP.
What a firm account stores
A firm account stores the firm profile, user logins, client names, phone numbers, email addresses, matter labels, consent timestamps, opt-out events, and the text of review requests. That data is used to send the requests the firm turns on and to show the firm its own dashboard.
Founding-cohort and project forms
The founding-cohort form stores a name, work email, firm, city, and an optional note. The Shipfold Labs project form stores a name, company, email, budget range, timeline, and a description of the work. Neither form sends email.
Processors
The app is hosted on Cloudflare. If a firm later adds Twilio, email, Stripe, Clio, or a model key, those providers receive only what that feature needs. Until a key is set, the matching feature stays on the local mock and does not leave the app.
Deletion
Write hello@shipfoldlabs.com to ask for a firm export or deletion. Client phone numbers that have opted out are kept long enough to honor STOP.
